This package includes enhanced Planning Tools for Microsoft Project (MSP) contained in a single MSP file that provides additional analytical features and the ability to standardise legends and report formats across an organisation. Suitable for Programme Office, Programmes, Sub-Programmes, Projects and other groups it comes with a comprehensive set of supporting Framework documents.
The Programme Planning package will require that you set up two folders. The first will contain all your live Programme, Sub Programme and Project plans and will effectively be the Current and Working folder for your plans.
Named 000 ProgPlan in the graphic below it should only contain project plans.
The second folder will be needed to provide a working area for your programme planning staff, an archive to provide for audit trail and a snapshot area to allow the production of offline management reports.
This folder would be constructed similarly to that called 08 PlansGantt in the graphic on left.

The supporting documentation provided with this package describes how these folders are to be used in the day to day management of your programme plan, how milestone and other reports can be obtained at any time and how routine senior management reports are produced.
The customised Microsoft Project toolbars we provide enable the manager to easily update and maintain his/her plan and in addition allow the production of the following progress reports at the click of a button:
