This package includes a Risk Register that generates a risk score based on considered Probability and Impact assessments for Programmes, Sub-Programmes, Projects and other groups along with supporting Framework documentation.
The register can be interrogated as any other Excel worksheet and due to the included naming convention table (see Codes tab) managers of all levels can extract only those risks that are pertinent to them.
In addition there is the facility allow the results of risk moderation to be presented in the form of a Risk Management Plan which can be utilised by a Programme Manager or Risk Manager
In addition to the comprehensive Risk Register there is also the means to automatically generate two very important tools.
The top image on the left shows a representation of a Risk Assessor Grid which can be generated at any time the user requires. The grid can be named and saved within the Risk Register file providing the means to look back at earlier performance.
The bottom image represents the Risk Management Plan (RMP). Also automatically generated it can produce a word processor style report presenting every selected risk on a separate page of the report. The RMP can produce a report for up to 25 selected Risks.
