This package includes an Issue Register that generates an Issue Importance score based on considered Priority and Impact assessments for Programmes, Sub-Programmes, Projects and other groups along with supporting Framework documentation.
The register can be interrogated as any other Excel worksheet and due to the included naming convention table (see Codes tab) managers of all levels can extract only those issues that are pertinent to them.
In addition there is the facility allow the results of issue moderation to be presented in the form of a Issue Management Plan which can be utilised by a Programme Manager, Director.
In addition to the comprehensive Issue Register there is also the means to automatically generate two very important tools.
The top image on the left shows a representation of an Issues Assessor Grid which can be generated at any time the user requires. The grid can be named and saved within the Issue Register file providing the means to look back at earlier performance.
The bottom image represents the Issue Management Plan (IMP). Also automatically generated it can produce a word processor style report presenting every selected issue on a separate page of the report. The IMP can produce a report for up to 25 selected Issues.
