INTRODUCTION The organisation discussed here refers to the manner in which electronic directories are structured to allow the frameworks to function efficiently and effectively. Confirming and establishing the structure of the Programme Office organisation is the first step required of the responsible Manager when setting up any Programme or Project Management framework. The directory structure provided includes a Programme Office folder which will allow complete automated interaction between all functions of a Programme Office such as planning, cost control, risk & issue management, change control, version control etc. In addition it will also provide effective interaction between each and every Programme folder and the Programme Office folder.
