	ON DOWNLOAD OF A PRODUCT PACKAGE (Package) YOU HAVE AGREED THAT:-
	Installation. The responsibility for correctly placing any Package within your system and installing the features provided resides with you and not with Abbermist Limited.
	Intellectual Property Rights. All title and intellectual property rights in and to any Package (including but not limited to any images, templates, forms and texts incorporated into the Package) and any copies of a Package are owned by Abbermist Limited.
	A Package is licensed, not sold. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content that is not contained in a Package, but which may be accessed through use of a Package is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties.
	Scope and Scale. You may install any Package for use by one Programme Office team only. "Programme Office" is a generic term that includes but is not limited to the following: Programme Office, Programme Management Office, Programme Support Office, Project Office, Project Management Office, Project Support Office, P3 Office (P3O) and Centre of Excellence. The Package licence duration is unlimited.
	PRODUCT SUPPORT. The products included within each Package use commonly available software applications that are normally supported by an internal IT support group and commonly found on a home users personal computer or laptop. Ongoing product support for a Package is not provided by Abbermist Limited unless by special agreement.
