RESPONSIBILITIES:      Support to Programme Office Manager for Programme planning & office management.

As support to the ‘Head of Programme Office’ in programme planning and management of the Programme Office during the Pathfinder Programme which was set up to modernise the existing National Savings infrastructure, processes and methods.

Described the programme and project planning standards, created the planning tools and provided the instruction for the Project Managers in their use to ensure consistency of planning approach and reporting across the programme (74 projects).

Provided general assistance with all Programme Office processes and procedures in a Prince2 / ‘Chestra’ environment.

Assisted in the modification and implementation of Issues and Risk registers for programmes and projects.
