What is the PO Role? The Programme Office team's role is to assist Management and Support the Programme(s) in the achievement of its objectives. It does this by providing all levels of manager with the tools, techniques and skills necessary to manage a scope of work through to a successful conclusion. In addition, the PO is responsible for the consolidation of data in the form of reports, that indicate the health of individual projects' and the programme as a whole. Most importantly it is there to provide consistency of project and programme management approach. |
